What’s the Process?

Step 2: The second stage is to set up tools and equipment. For any mechanism and repair work, some specific tools and equipment are needed, so as for the guard rolling. Before starting, set up tools like roll wheel or so on.

Step 3: When beginning, the roll-wheel should be at around 45 degrees to the guard. The trick is utilising the perfect measure of pressure, press it with full power instead of rolling the guard and then you'll quickly bow the guard. Achieving a good outcome takes considerable power and time.

Step 7: Each progressive set of rolling will work to moving the guard lip up. Heat is reapplied after each set to keep the paint satisfactorily delicate. It takes around three or four sets to adequately reshape the guard. As the guard starts moving up, the angle of the roll-wheel should be changed with the motive that it applies pressure at the optimal angle for moving the metal up.
